Sijiyoumei

In 2014, a depressed young lady went travelling to Taiwan following a heartbroken divorce. When she was in Taiwan, she came across a fermented candied plum that was really effective in detoxing and clearing out the intestines by just drinking warm water after eating the plum.

Fully aware of the widespread pollution, pesticide, processed foods and generally overeating in modern life style, she thought there must be a huge market for a healthy product that helps people to clear out what's inside our body. in 2014, she set up a trading company called Sijiyoumei (meaning four season beautiful) and started to import the plums to China mainland. on Wechat, a popular Chinese social media channel. Soon, the market showed strong demand and orders started to flood in. Soon they acquired all rights of the plums and started manufacturing in China.

In 2017, the trading company became an industrial company and held the groundbreaking ceremony in Huizhou, Guangdong Province to start building their own industrial park with a total investment of 1.5 billion RMB (about 240 million USD). From 2020, all the products that Sijiyoumei sells were produced in their own production facilities in Huizhou, Guangdong. The company has set up own R&D center in collaboration with Jiangnan University. According to the 2021 Academic Ranking of World Universities, Jiangnan University ranked No. 1 in food science and technology.

Guangdong Sijiyoumei Industrial Co., Ltd., established in 2017, specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of high-quality healthy food.

It has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system certification. It was awarded the title of "National High-tech Enterprise" in 2019. As of 2020, it has applied for 26 patents, and obtained 266 intellectual property rights. Sijiyoumei has registered 13 corporate standards.

Sijiyoumei has built a standardized production workshop of 20,000 square meters, of which the clean workshop is 7,000 square meters. It has established China’s first fully automated green plum processing production line.

The technology used in this production line is highly advanced in the world, leading the industry upgrade of green plum production, driving the upstream and downstream output value to reach 10 billion yuan. , established the industry benchmark status; the jelly production line equipment is customized by leading specialised manufacturers in China, with key components and hardware from Germany, Japan, South Korea, the United States, and Switzerland. This guaranteed high product quality.

At present, its products have passed many food safety tests by many internationally and domestically recognized professional laboratories such as PONY, SGS, STC, CTI, NMI, TUV South Germany, My-lab International in Germany, Japan Food Environmental Inspection Association, Milan Testing Center, Saudi Arabia SFDA , China National Food Inspection Center, and the National Entry-Exit Quarantine Bureau, and sold in many countries and regions.
